To shop online, kindly follow the steps mentioned below:

• Select any collection you wish to buy
• Click on the image of the outfit to open
• Click on the “Add to bag” button. The outfit is added to your shopping cart.
• Once all your items are added to the cart, click on “Check Out” to fill out the form and finally, click on “Place Order.”
• Your order is now placed!
• You must verify your order by entering the OTP shared with you on your mobile number.
• Once your order is verified, you will get your order number via SMS and Email, e.g. (Hibaqfashion)

Unfortunately, combining orders or editing an existing order is impossible. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order and place a new order which contains all the things you require.

The item(s) can be refunded/exchanged if it does not match the original specifications or is found to be different from what you purchased.

The standard delivery timeline for Karachi is 2 to 3 working days.

The expected delivery timeline for the rest of Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days.
